DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the second annual Cannabis Film Festival.\nWe are excited to announce this second annual film festival focusing on all aspects of the cannabis industry. Due to many state legal statute revisions and imminent Federal perceptive shift\, the cannabis scene is full of endless potential just waiting to be explored – our chosen avenue for this exploration is awareness raising through film. \nThere is a great deal of raw media currently available and presently in production and our endeavor will be to provide an opportunity for films makers to have their work viewed by distributors and the general public. It is our hope that this will create an opportunity to take the “cream of the crop” of these film projects to a larger audience. \nSince this is a relatively new industry to the main stream\, there are a wide range of opportunities to pursue in order to support its success. This will be an amazing experience for cannabis related businesses to be involved as a vendor or sponsor.The Cannabis Film Festival will present our second event in the heart of the Emerald Triangle – Garberville\, Ca in Humboldt County. We will be showing the movies at one of the longest running movie theaters in California in a place where it “all began”. Come and visit our small town and be a part of history.

SUMMARY:New England Cannabis Convention 2016
DESCRIPTION:The New England Cannabis Network (NECANN) was conceived during a discussion lamenting the lack of an established resource hub for  the rapidly expanding Medical Marijuana industry in New England. Events where patients\, advocates\, businesses\, entrepreneurs\, investors\, educators\, and consumers can connect\, learn\, and grow.  We decided that a locally owned & operated  Convention focused on the New England market (and each state’s current medical and recreational status) would be a superior alternative to an outside corporate giant dropping a generic\, National-Business focused “canna convention” on New England. \nNECANN hosted a series of successful events in Massachusetts\, Rhode Island\, and Maine in 2015\, drawing over 10\,000 attendees\, hundreds of vendors\, and dozens of speakers.   In 2016\, NECANN will focus on bringing every aspect of the industry together for one huge show in Boston on April 23rd and 24th.
