MEET THE HERBAL CHEF: CHRIS SAYEGH
A seasoned veteran of Michelin-starred restaurants, Chris Sayegh developed and sharpened his cooking skills working for some of the  region’s most renowned chefs. Every second brought rewarding challenges and stressful obstacles. All the time devoted to learning new skills and sharpening the ones he had picked up from his grandmother, mother, and his culinary studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz. With each step along the way  bringing him all the closer to his culinary goals Overwhelmingly, the most important thing Chris has learned can be summed up in two words: ingredients matter. So, every meal he prepares starts with only the freshest ingredients… and nothing less. He believes this is paramount to the ideals of fine dining. The ingredients of the meal, the sustainable sources they come from, and his collective ability to add value to quality over quantity are concepts that Chris will always stand firmly behind. This promises a profound taste adventure you will experience in every bite of The Herbal Chef infused cuisine.
