HIGH TIMES will return to the NOS Center in San Bernardino, CA on July 22-24 for the first ever Oil & Art Exhibition: HIGH TIMES Medical Cannabis Concentrates Cup!
This event is for all adults ages 18+. You do not need to be a CA state medical marijuana patient to attend the event, but you need a valid California medical marijuana recommendation or card if you plan to enter the medicating area on-site.
