The State of Cannabis 2019

The State of Cannabis (SOC) is a 2-day conference bringing together elected officials, regulators, and industry for a conversation to properly affect state and national cannabis policy. This year’s conference will be a special edition as the Democratic Party will be hosting their Endorsing Convention in Long Beach, CA November 15-17. Within the Convention will be a presidential candidate forum on the 16th which many of the candidates will attend.
