- Eligibility
The survey is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and currently work in or represent a cannabis-related business operating in the United States. Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family members of the survey sponsor are not eligible to receive a gift card. The sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, including proof of age and business affiliation, before awarding any prize.
- Promotion Period
The promotion is valid for survey responses submitted between January 20, 2026 and January 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Only survey responses received during this time will be eligible for the incentive drawing.
- How to Enter
To be entered into the incentive drawing, participants must complete the full survey during the Promotion Period and provide a valid email address. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. Alternative entry method: To enter without completing the survey, mail a postcard with your name, email, and phone number to Green Check Verified, Attn… address, etc.](postmarked by January 31, 2026).
- Incentive Details
Ten (10) survey respondents will be randomly selected to receive a $50 Visa® gift card. Approximate odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received (e.g., if 500 entries, odds are 1:50). Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value alternative, and may be subject to expiration as per Visa terms. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- Winner Selection & Notification
The drawing will take place on or before February 28, 2026. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible survey responses received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified via the email address provided in the survey within a reasonable time after the drawing. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, the sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 7 days of notification.
- No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to participate or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
- Privacy & Data Use
Survey responses will be used for research and informational purposes related to access to banking and financial services in the cannabis industry. Personal information will not be sold and will be handled in accordance with the sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) if you are a California resident. By entering, you consent to such use.
- General Conditions
The sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time for any reason. Void where prohibited by law. Visa is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this promotion. All federal, state, and local laws apply. In the event of a dispute, the sponsor’s decisions are final.
