GREEN CHECK VERIFIED SURVEY TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Eligibility
The survey promotion is open to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age and who currently work in or represent a cannabis-related business operating within the United States. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Green Check Verified (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate or receive a prize. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, including proof of age and business affiliation, prior to awarding any incentive.
- Promotion Period
The promotion begins on January 20, 2026 and ends on January 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Only survey entries received during the Promotion Period will be eligible for the incentive drawing.
- How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the full survey during the Promotion Period and provide a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate, automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without completing the survey, mail a handwritten postcard including your full name, email address, and phone number to: Green Check Verified, Attn: Survey Promotion, 27499 Riverview Center Blvd, Suite 207, Bonita Springs, FL 34134. Postcards must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2026. - Incentive Details
Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected to receive one (1) $50 Visa® gift card each. Approximate odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (for example, 1:50 if 500 eligible entries are received). Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or substitution will be provided, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Gift cards may be subject to expiration and additional terms imposed by Visa. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
- Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or before February 28, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within a reasonable time following the drawing. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days.
- No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
- Privacy & Data Use
Survey responses will be used for research and informational purposes related to access to banking and financial services in the cannabis industry. Personal information will not be sold and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and applicable laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) for California residents. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information as described herein.
- General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion at any time for any reason. Void where prohibited by law. Visa is not a sponsor of, nor affiliated with, this promotion. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor’s decisions regarding all aspects of the promotion are final and binding.
