Justin Dye

Justin Dye is managing director at Sharpe Credit Partners, a senior secured lender focused on underserved niche markets, and chairman of Vireo Growth Inc.'s Colorado and New Mexico operations. Previously, he served as CEO and chairman at cannabis multistate operator Schwazze (acquired by Vireo Growth in March 2026). Prior to that, he spent eleven years overseeing strategy and operations at grocery retail chain Albertsons. Under his leadership, sales grew to more than $60 billion at more than 2,300 stores with 285,000 employees.
