Green Wolverine and Students for Sensible Drug Policy are both at the forefront at U-M in engaging students in issues pertaining to cannabis. Green Wolverine, associated with the Ross School of Business, is a brand new club that seeks to introduce students to the business component of the cannabis industry. The Students for Sensible Drug Policy chapter at U-M, part of a larger international organization, encompasses all areas of drug reform and other related issues such as criminal justice. Together, these two student groups intend to collectively address how college students can get involved in the many facets of the cannabis industry.

Confirmed attendees include State Rep. Yousef Rabhi (D-Ann Arbor), former State Rep. Jeff Irwin, and Stephen Goldner, an advisor to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Additional attendees will come from various professions in law, science, and business.

The event will include a combination of interactive lectures, discussions, live music, and networking. Lasting from 3:00-6:00 PM, the event will be held in the Robertson Auditorium located inside the Ross premises.
