LOS ANGELES—The Fourth Annual State of Marijuana conference is scheduled for August 26-27, to be held at the Cross Campus, 800 Wilshire Boulevard in Downtown Los Angeles. The show promises to host “an overview of pioneering, global medical cannabis applications and case studies, and insight into cutting-edge marijuana product innovations and technologies.”
Advanced ticket sales continue until August 25. Onsite registration also will be available the day of the show.
With less than six months to go before the adult use market launches in California, show organizers said there will be practical and policy information available for attendees, a double track of speakers and panels, as well as a focus on the U.S. industry’s role in global markets. Medical marijuana topics also will be featured, alongside discussions on finance, investment funding, and payment processing.
“With recreational on the way in California and other emerging cannabis markets across the globe, we have seen a rise in interest among attendees, as well as businesses looking to make an impact at the event and media looking to gain access,” said spokesperson for show organizer Cureativ.com’s Angela Jacob Bermudo. “That’s why we are taking a global approach to this year’s State of Marijuana; not only will it provide insight on next gen technologies and strategies, it also allows those entrepreneurs to connect with one another and companies from around the world.”
