PRØHBTD, the premiere lifestyle destination for original video, compelling stories and hand-selected products for modern cannabis enthusiasts, today launched Edibles, a cannabis cooking series hosted by pastry chef Birdie Harrelson, niece of cannabis activist Woody Harrelson.
In the premiere episode (above) after an inspirational trip to Cake Monkey bakery, Birdie shows us how to recreate a dark chocolate raspberry tartlet with pistachios using Défoncé chocolate, an infused edible that is known for its canna-free taste.
Look out for the second Edibles episode to drop soon. Birdie will go to Erewhon to pick up farm-fresh ingredients to pair with Défoncé’s white chocolate to make infused blueberry scones.
