New Jersey Department of Health Issues 6 New Medical Marijuana ATC Licenses

Trenton, New Jersey– Today, the New Jersey Department of Heath announced its much-anticipated decision to award six new, vertically integrated, alternative treatment centers (ATCs).

The winners by region are:
  • Northern Region: GTI New Jersey LLC – Paterson and NETA NJ LLC – Phillipsburg
  • Central Region: Verano NJ LLC – Elizabeth and Justice Grown New Jersey LLC – Ewing
  • Southern Region: MPX NJ – Atlantic City and Columbia Care
    New Jersey LLC – Vineland

“Congratulations to the six winning applicants. These winners had the highest scoring applications in their respective regions. We thank Governor Murphy, NJDOH Commissioner Dr. Shereef Elnahal, Assistant Commissioner of the Medicinal Marijuana Program Jeff Brown and his team for their fantastic work in managing this process and delivering on the promise of making medical marijuana more accessible to patients,” said Dara Servis, Co-Founder and Executive Director, NJCIA.

“We look forward to seeing these six new ATC’s becoming operational as quickly as possible and eagerly anticipate the next round of applications,” added Servis.
