Edibles producer Wana Brands promoted two of its directors: Director of Remote Operations Stephanie Daley will assume the role of vice president of market expansion and Director of Innovation Mike Hennesy will assume the role of vice president of innovation.

Jeff Malinovitz and Clyde Story have both taken on the role of cultivator at Radiko Holdings Corp’s Carson City, Nevada, facility. The award-winning team will oversee genetics selection and overall cultivation operations as well as manufacturing, marketing, and sales of final product.

Phoenix-based TILT Holdings promoted Gary Santo to the role of president and named Interim Chief Financial Officer Brad Hoch to the full-time role of CFO

Pet health CBD brand Pet Releaf welcomed Rod Millott as its new chief financial officer. He joins the company from Papa & Barkley where he served as CFO for more than three years.

Victor Mancebo resigned from his role as chief executive officer at Liberty Health Sciences. He also will relinquish his seat on the company’s board of directors. George J. Gremse will serve as interim CEO.

North American cannabis operator TerrAscend appointed Ed Schutter to its board of directors. Schutter is a registered pharmacist and currently serves as chief executive officer at Arbor Pharmaceuticals.
Organigram Holdings Chief Executive Officer Greg Engel joined the board of directors at the Canadian Chamber of Commerce where he will serve on the member relations and services committee.
