NEW YORK – Curaleaf Holdings Inc. (CSE: CURA) (OTCQX: CURLF), a leading international provider of consumer products in cannabis, today announced that it has complied with all the conditions listed in the conditional listing approval delivered by the Toronto Stock Exchange in connection with the listing of its subordinate voting shares on the TSX.

Executive Chairman Boris Jordan said, “Curaleaf’s official listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange marks an incredible day not just for our company, but the entire global cannabis industry,” said Executive Chairman Boris Jordan. “As Curaleaf is now eligible for inclusion into indexes such as TSX and MSCI, this uplisting will ultimately provide significantly higher access to an even broader set of institutional investors from around the world and increase our stock’s liquidity long term.
