MEDFORD, Ore. – Grown Rogue International Inc. acquired the 30% outstanding minority interest in Rogue EBC LLC, its Illinois subsidiary, for $1.5 million in total consideration. One third ($500,000) was paid at closing, $500,000 is due in six months, and $500,000 is due at the earlier of 15 months from closing or the date of the first harvest.
The deal is subject to final approval by the Illinois Department of Agriculture.
