Seed Talent Names Greg Healy Chief Product Officer

CHICAGO – Seed Talent, a community-based knowledge platform that supports the education and advancement of cannabis industry professionals, has appointed Greg Healy to the role of Chief Product Officer. A former Britannica executive with a successful track record of building transformative business models to help businesses leverage emerging technology platforms and create new markets at scale, Healy will be responsible for leading the development of the company’s Learning Experience Platform (LXP), a first-of-its-kind talent management and development marketplace for cannabis professionals. He reports to Kurt Kaufmann, Seed Talent’s CEO and is based in Chicago.

Prior to joining Seed Talent, Healy was the Head of Enterprise Product at ISACA, a nonprofit association of technology professionals based in Schaumburg, Illinois. He led enterprise strategy and product development to create cybersecurity, information and data protection solutions. Before ISACA, Healy was the Chief Product Officer for Jellyvision, a Chicago-based maker of employee benefits management software. Previously, he held the same title for over seven years at the publishing and digital-learning company Britannica.com, also based in Chicago. With more than two decades of experience, Healy has held positions at Digitalwork, Red Bat Communications, Careerbuilder.com, Tribune Co., and Sears Holdings.

Since 2013, Healy has been a board member of Playworks, a nonprofit organization that helps schools make recess part of the educational experience through on-site staffing, consulting services and professional development. Healy earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Marist College and an MBA in Finance from the Thunderbird School of Management.
