LOS ANGELES—The Los Angeles Cannabis Task Force (LACTF) along with United Cannabis Business Association (UCBA) and United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW) Local 770, will host a meeting for local cannabis industry business owners, employees, and advocates, to organize efforts toward shaping Los Angeles cannabis regulations.
The meeting will take place Thursday, July 27, from 7-9pm, at the Los Angeles Athletic Club. Those interested in attending may RSVP here.
“With the sixty day public comment period for the proposed L.A. Cannabis regulations ending in August, we must come together now and take unified action so that the City responsibly regulates cannabis businesses in Los Angeles,” said a statement issued by the LACTF.
“This meeting will lay out our blueprint for public action in the run-up to final regulations. It is imperative that every stakeholder attend and commit to taking action on behalf of our community. This is an opportunity to make sure you are heard. Consider this your call to action. This meeting is a must.”
