PHOENIX – 4Front Ventures Corp., a vertically integrated cannabis operator, has made an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to the Canadian Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
The company filed for receivership in aid of liquidation in the United States in May. The Company intends to continue operating during the receivership process and hopes the process will generate value for stakeholders through the sale of assets in one or more transactions.
B. Riley Farber has been appointed as the trustee in the Canadian Bankruptcy Proceedings.
