DENVER — Amber Sandrock has been appointed Sun Theory’s first-ever Chief of Staff, bringing more than two decades of invaluable expertise in supply chain management and finance to the organization. With a proven track record in regulated industries such as cannabis, food & beverage,
and consumer packaged goods (CPG), Sandrock is poised to make significant contributions to Sun Theory’s strategic initiatives and operational efficiency. Promoted from Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, Sandrock reports to reports to Connor Oman, CEO and Co-Founder, Sun Theory Holding Co.

evolving cannabis industry. Her role as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Golding Farms Foods further solidified her expertise in managing intricate supply chain operations within the food and beverage sector.
Sandrock’s credentials are equally impressive, boasting a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and additional certifications from APICS, CIPM, and CTLD. These qualifications underscore her commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Her educational
background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Akron, providing a strong foundation for her strategic approach to business challenges.
