AWH Closes Acquisition of Four Maryland Dispensaries

Ascend Wellness Holdings, Inc. (“AWH” or the “Company”) (CSE: AAWH.U) (OTCQX: AAWH), a multi-state, vertically-integrated cannabis operator focused on bettering lives through cannabis, announced that yesterday it closed on the previously announced acquisition of four licensed dispensaries in Aberdeen, Crofton, Ellicott City, and Laurel under the names Nature’s Medicines and True Wellness from Devi Holdings, Inc. (“Devi”). This marks the Company’s expansion into Maryland, its seventh state, in primarily limited license markets across the Midwest and East Coast.
