VISTA, Calif. — Inc., a leading media brand and playbook for the entrepreneurs and business leaders shaping the future, revealed Green Leaf Business Solutions is No. 63 on its fifth annual “Inc. Regionals: Pacific” list, a prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in the Pacific, which includes California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, and Alaska.
An extension of the national Inc. 5000 list, the Regionals offer a unique look at the most successful companies within the Pacific economy’s most dynamic segment – its independent small businesses.
“This recognition is a testament to the exceptional leadership and dedication of our entire team,” says Marc Rodriguez, Co-Founder and CEO of Green Leaf Business Solutions. “The team’s focus, drive, and hard work have been the engine behind this success. We’re also deeply grateful to our clients for their trust and partnership as we continue to grow together.”
The companies on this list show a remarkable rate of growth across all industries in the Pacific. Between 2021 and 2023, these 142 private companies had a median growth rate of 124 percent; by 2023, they’d also added 7,947 jobs and $5.6 billion to the region’s economy.

About Inc. and the Inc. Regionals
Methodology
The 2025 Inc. Regionals are ranked according to percentage revenue growth over two years. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2023. (Since then, a number of companies on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2021 is $100,000; the minimum for 2023 is $1 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
