Yesterday it was announced that KushCo Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: KSHB), the parent company of innovative cannabis industry packaging leader Kush Bottles, and Smoke Cartel (OTCMKTS: SMKC), a leading online retailer of glass water pipes and other smoking accessories related to the cannabis industry, have entered into a strategic partnership that benefits both parties.
As stipulated in the agreement, KushCo will transfer ownership of all Roll-uh-Bowl assets, including inventory of the medical-grade silicone water pipes, its branding materials, website and social media, in exchange for shares of Smoke Cartel valued at $1,500,000 plus the value of inventory.

Smoke Cartel CEO Darby Cox said the company is excited to take on the well-established Roll-Uh-Bowl brand.
