TAMPA, Fla. — David E. Vautrin stepped down as interim chief executive officer at FLUENT Corp., effective June 12. He had served in the position since August 8, 2025.
As FLUENT advances toward the completion of its acquisition by Vireo Growth Inc., the company has appointed Matt Mundy, formerly chief legal officer, as interim CEO. The company said Mundy has been instrumental in advancing the proposed transaction with Vireo and will provide leadership continuity as FLUENT progresses through the next phase.
