TORONTO and DENVER – MJardin Group, Inc. (“MJardin” or “the Company”) (CSE: MJA (OTCQX: MJARF), a leader in premium cannabis production, announced today that it has submitted its Evidence of Readiness package to Health Canada and completed construction on Phase 1 of “WARMAN”, a retrofitted indoor cultivation facility located in Winnipeg, Manitoba and the largest in the Company’s portfolio.

The facility joins the Company’s portfolio which consists of two facilities in Ontario and one in Nova Scotia. The Company expects to receive its cultivation license for the Warman facility in the fourth quarter of 2019.
