commenced operations at its distribution and delivery facility in Oakland, California.
This addition to MJIC’s growing portfolio of fully-licensed operations will expand the scope of its services to cannabis businesses throughout the state, as well as to end-consumers in the greater Northern California region.

MJIC’s facility in Oakland was licensed under the city’s social equity program, which reserves licensing opportunities for members of communities disproportionately impacted by the war on drugs. MJIC partnered with a local Oakland artist and activist, who sees this partnership as an extension of her work to create a healthy community by helping raise awareness of the many health benefits of cannabis, and delivering the highest quality cannabis products to medical patients and adult-use consumers.
The new Oakland facility complements MJIC’s licensed distribution facility in Coachella, California, which primarily serves the Southern California region. In addition, MJIC expects to commence licensed distribution operations at its facility in Long Beach later this year.
