TORONTO — MediPharm Labs Corp. board of directors member Shelley Potts will be stepping down effective December 31, 2025. Michael Bumby will replace her effective January 1, 2026.
Bumby previously served on the Board and was Chief Financial Officer at VIVO Cannabis Inc., which MediPharm acquired in 2023. In addition to his experience in the cannabis sector, he has held senior leadership roles in global pharmaceutical companies, providing strategic and financial oversight across highly regulated markets.
