CLEVELAND — Standard Wellness Holdings LLC, a leading multi-state cannabis operator, appointed Kelley Cordell Vice President of Retail. Cordell will lead the company’s retail operations strategy, overseeing store performance, team development, and customer experience initiatives across all dispensary locations. She will report to Jared Maloof, CEO.

Cordell brings over 15 years of experience in retail leadership, having previously served in senior roles in traditional retail environments before joining the cannabis industry in 2020. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a proven track record of elevating in-store experience, optimizing retail operations, and driving revenue growth and expansion.
