HOLLYWOOD, Fla. — Wil Walker, managing director of Display Dispensary parent company Econoco Corporation, was elected to the PAVE Global board of directors. Founded in 1992 as The Planning and Visual Education Partnership, PAVE Global is a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation dedicated to supporting students and educators studying and teaching in fields related to the design and creation of consumer environments. Through financial assistance, educational experiences, mentorship, and industry connections, PAVE helps students explore career opportunities and build relationships within the design community.
Three other new directors join Walker on the board:
- Ana Valencia, RA, LEED AP, senior vice president of project and development services for Retail Team JLL.
- Eric Kuhn, retail market leader at Bergmeyer.
- Nick Travelstead, president of Travelstead.
In addition, Anne Farniok, NCIDQ, CID, LEED AP, ASID, IIDA, IDEC, and Tomomi Marzan were elected vice president of education and treasurer, respectively. Farniok is a lecturer at the University of Minnesota, and Marzan is senior director of retail development at The Bicester Collection.
