Three studies were conducted in 2018 that looked at, among other things, the sexual behavior of cannabis users.
The largest of the studies was conducted by Stanford University researchers and found that from a sampling of “28,176 women and 22,943 men” and data gathered between 2002 and 2015; those respondents who said they used marijuana weekly had more sex than those that did not use cannabis. In fact, according to Psychology Today, the researchers found that for study subjects that used cannabis more than once a week, frequency of intimate encounters also was increased.
