Mike Habbyshaw will be working with growers, retailers, and distributors to make sure products are available in locations throughout Canada. He is also tasked with making sure users at all levels of growing have access to the latest information on lighting technology for plant growth.
Habbyshaw views this new position as an opportunity to strengthen his relationships with Canadian growers. “I have enjoyed working with many of the growers in this market and now I can show them the benefits of the EYE HORTILUX brand products,” he said. “My goal is to help growers increase their production and grow beautiful, healthy plants and the right lighting will do that.”
According to EYE HORTILUX Director of Specialty Products Mike Anderson, the new team member brings with him an extensive background in this industry. “Mike has experience in the manufacturing side of the business as well as knowledge of the retail market since he has managed a horticulture store,” Anderson said. “We hope customers at all levels will also rely on Mike for technical advice on growing since he is a Certified Master Grower.”
