OAKLAND, Calif. — Kiva Sales & Service (KSS) and Petalfast will combine into one sales-and-distribution agency under an agreement announced March 18. The new entity will serve California and Arizona markets.
Arun Kurichety, Petalfast Co-Founder and CEO, will serve as acting chief executive officer of the combined organization following completion of the transaction. Scott Palmer will lead the combined board of directors, which will evaluate long-term leadership needs.
The transaction expands commercial capacity by preserving both teams’ sales organizations. Suppliers and buyers will maintain their existing relationships.
