LAKELAND, Fla. — Cannabis track-and-trace platform Metrc named BJ Fox chief technical [sic] officer (CTO). He will oversee product and technology strategy.
Fox, who joined the company in 2025, brings over 25 years of technology leadership at global organizations including Microsoft, PayPal, and Verisign, where he built and scaled mission-critical systems serving hundreds of millions of users. His appointment at Metrc was announced in conjunction with a series of product updates.
