Sunderstorm Expands into Pre-Rolls with Lime Acquisition

LOS ANGELES — Sunderstorm, a cannabis edibles and vapes brand, acquired pre-roll brand Lime. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The transaction marks Sunderstorm’s second strategic acquisition following its purchase of the vape brand Bounti in 2023. With the addition of Lime, Sunderstorm expands into a third product category.

Lime, founded in 2019 in California, will continue to operate as a distinct brand.
