Bizzybee is a boutique manufacturer of artisanal hash-oil extraction machines. The company’s clients are craft cannabis extractors, primarily butane live-resin hash-oil made from fresh-frozen, whole-plant material.
BZB has a long tradition of in-house research and development, in addition to innovation, which has spilled over and influenced the entire extraction industry along the way.
In 2014, founder Boris Kogon began experimenting with passive recovery, direct refrigeration, heating and cooling, dewaxing and crystallization, along with novel butane falling film and Electro-Passive® vapor recovery methods. Since 2015, Bizzybee has built its systems around -60C liquid butane solvent temperatures and 100-percent passive recovery, without any compressor in the process vapor path (isobaric). To describe the process, the company coined the term Thermodymagic®.
Bizzybee systems are 100-percent modular, reconfigurable, and scalable. Clients never need to sell their old systems to buy a bigger one. Instead, they can just add more columns and racks and replumb the setup, and Bizzybee will get the certification updated.
