OAKLAND, Calif. — Kiva Sales & Service (KSS) and Petalfast completed their merger, finalizing the strategic combination first announced in March. The deal closed August 17, and financial terms were not disclosed.
The combined organization will operate under a united name that will be announced later this year. Petalfast co-founder Arun Kurichety now serves as chief executive officer for the combined organization. KSS co-founder Scott Palmer will chair the combined board as the company builds on its California base and plans expansion into New York and New Jersey. Palmer will remain CEO of Kiva Confections.
