California’s Disposable Vape Ban Exempts Cannabis
California’s new disposable vape ban expressly excludes cannabis products, so the phaseout deadline does not apply. But existing rules still prohibit packaging and labeling that imply cannabis vapes are disposable or belong in ordinary trash or recycling.
